Making a business idea real: for founders, startups & independent thinkers

Idea becomes .

You have an idea and need someone who genuinely wants to make it big? Someone who pushes back, thinks further, and then actually designs, builds and markets it. However wild it sounds.

01

Who for

It is not about the size of the company. It is about the size of the idea.

A

You have an idea

Nothing built yet, no company, just a thought that will not leave you alone. Exactly the right moment to talk, before money and months go in the wrong direction.

  • First idea
  • Concept stage
  • No name yet
Before the start
B

Early-stage startup

The product exists, but the brand feels interchangeable, the website does not sell and the whole presence does not match your ambition. You need real support, not another deck.

  • Brand & naming
  • Website
  • Marketing
  • Pitch & presence
After the start
C

Your idea needs space

A shop, a studio, a stand, a place where the idea becomes walkable for people. I think brand and space together, with 3D visualisation before anything gets built.

  • Interior architecture
  • Trade fair & pop-up
  • 3D visualisation
  • On-site delivery
Idea becomes place
D

You want to do it differently

You know the usual route only gets you the usual result. You are not looking for someone who nods along, but for someone who thinks with you and says when an idea is not bold enough yet.

  • Unconventional
  • Against the template
  • Willing to take an edge
A question of attitude

Process

  1. 01

    Idea on the table

One conversation, 45 minutes, free and without conditions. You tell me what you are planning. I listen and ask the questions nobody else asks.

  2. 02

    Pushback, not applause

We turn the idea inside out: what holds, what is wishful thinking, where is the point at which it actually becomes big? Honest, even when it is uncomfortable. That is the real value.

  3. 03

    Give it form

The sharpened idea becomes something visible: name, brand, corporate design, website. The first impression that decides whether anyone listens to you.

  4. 04

    Think in space

If the idea needs a place, I plan and visualise it: interior architecture, trade fair, pop-up, showroom. Experienced in 3D long before the first construction invoice arrives.

  5. 05

    Make it visible

Marketing that fits the idea instead of the template: positioning, campaign, content and the deliberate use of AI to get to results faster.

  6. 06

    Stay with it

Ideas rarely die at the start, they die in month four. If you want, I stay on board as a permanent partner for as long as it makes sense.

Attitude

Different. Not adapted.

The conventional route leads to the conventional result. I am here for ideas nobody has done this way before, and for people who are willing to take a detour to get there.

Manuel Bubori at his desk
PortraitManuel Bubori

I am Manuel Bubori, a designer from the Black Forest. With Studio BUBORI I develop brands and websites, at EXFAIR and EXPRESS Messestand those turn into spaces: concept, 3D visualisation and animation, planning and on-site project management.

That mix is exactly the point. You do not get a consultant who disappears after the workshop, but someone who then designs and delivers the idea himself. One point of contact, from the napkin sketch to the opening.

Common questions

  1. 01

What does the first conversation cost?

Nothing. The first conversation takes around 45 minutes, is free and comes with no obligation. You tell me about your idea, I tell you honestly whether and how I can help. We talk about money only after that.

  2. 02

At what stage is this worth it?

From the very first idea. The earlier we talk, the more money and time you save, because fundamental mistakes in positioning and naming are expensive to correct later. You need neither a company nor a business plan.

  3. 03

Do you work with individuals who have no company yet?

Yes. A large share of my conversations happen before anything has been founded. It is not about the size of the company, it is about the size of the idea.

  4. 04

How are you different from an agency?

You get one point of contact instead of a team with shifting responsibilities. I do not just advise, I then design and deliver it myself: brand, website, marketing, space and 3D. After the workshop I am not gone, that is when I start.

  5. 05

How long does it take from idea to finished brand?

It depends on the scope. Positioning and naming often take two to four weeks, a complete brand including website usually two to four months. Spatial projects such as trade fairs or retail build follow the deadline they are working towards.

  6. 06

Do you work outside the Black Forest?

Yes. My studio is in Villingen-Schwenningen, I work across Germany and internationally in English. Much of it runs remotely, and for spaces and trade fairs I am there on site.
